We understand that any sickness can be challenging, not just for the insured individual but also for their spouse/partner or dependent children. In such circumstances, if your spouse/partner or dependent children are diagnosed with a defined sickness and a doctor certifies that either the insured or their spouse/partner is unable to carry out domestic duties, we offer a Family Cover benefit.
We recognise the importance of maintaining a well-functioning household during challenging times. Domestic help could cover home cleaning and maintenance, meal services, additional child care etc. Under this benefit, we will cover the actual and reasonable costs incurred for hiring domestic help up to $300 a week for a period of 26 weeks.

In the event that you experience an injury or sickness, eligible for benefits under your policy, we will promptly provide you with an advance payment equivalent to thirteen (13) weeks of benefits.
This immediate financial support is designed to assist you during challenging times. All we require is medical documentation from a qualified doctor, certifying that your temporary total disablement is expected to last at least twenty-six (26) weeks.
By offering this advance payment, we aim to alleviate any immediate financial burdens, allowing you to focus on your recovery and well-being.

In the event of an accepted claim, we understand that your ability to commute to work may be affected. To assist you during this time, we offer a transport reimbursement benefit.
If you provide medical evidence from a doctor certifying that you are unable to operate a motor vehicle or use other available modes of public transport, we will reimburse your reasonable actual transport costs to the maximum amount under the policy.

Once you've been receiving a weekly benefit for twelve (12) months it will increase by 5% for the remainder of your claim. This means that your coverage will grow over time, ensuring it keeps up with inflation and provides even better financial support.

If, heaven forbid, there's an accident and your body isn't found within twelve (12) months, we will presume it as an accidental death, and the specified accidental death benefit will be paid to your designated beneficiaries.
